Cavity Protection

Cavities don’t usually cause symptoms until they are pretty large, so it is important to schedule regular checkups with your dentist. During these checkups, Dr. Harsh Tejani will examine your teeth with a magnifying glass and probe, and will also take x-rays to help locate cavities between the teeth.

When cavities are detected early, Dr. Harsh Tejani can generally treat them by removing the decaying tooth material and filling the hole with a sealant or composite filling.

( Treatment ) – A regular salt water rinse and cold compress application can be a remedy for minor ache. Besides that, follow a good oral hygiene practices like brushing regularly with fluoride containing toothpaste and flossing with an antiseptic mouth wash. If toothache persists for more than two days with fever it is advisable to consult a dentist.

Normal Checkup
